Thunder Roofing & Exteriors replaced our home roof due to hail damage. Working with Thunder was an exceptional experience. They were professional and honest to work with. They arrived on time and as scheduled and completed the roof on time as promised. They were meticulous in cleaning up after the roof was replaced. It was nice to work with such a trustworthy company.
Ted and his crew (Fernando, et. al.), did a fantastic job on residing my entire house. Ted was very courteous, professional and approachable during the entire process. His estimate was thorough, detailed, and he patiently answered my questions as they arose. The crew assigned to install my new siding & trim were also professional, courteous and detail-oriented. They cleaned up after themselves after each workday, and were also approachable if I had any questions. The residing of my entire house occurred when Ted said his company would start, it took the length of time he said it would take (even with all the inclement weather Omaha had in May), and the final bill was within his initial estimated total. I would definitely use Thunder Roofing & Exteriors Inc. for any other future projects & would refer them to anybody looking for exterior work done to their house or roof. (Incidentally, they replaced my next door neighbor’s roof 1-2 years ago, which is how I first heard of them.)

Ted's team did an exceptional job replacing our very complex roofing. The team left the yard in perfect condition with not one sign of the torn out roof debris. They laid tarps out and protected the landscape. They totally met our expectations start to finish. Ted communicated with us frequently and always answered our questions. Working with Thunder Roofing was amazing and the final result was even better! We had a rotten deck and it was unsafe, the stairs we had could/should not be walked on, it didn't have a 3rd stringer to keep them from wobbling, we had rotten wood, and the siding that connected was rotten. Thunder Roofing- Ted Pollack explained everything we needed, explained how he was going to make it safer, how he would replace siding, and how his team would work through it all. He also kept us updated on everything, from when people would come, when there would be a break in work and why. We never felt like the project wasn't moving along. He also explained to us a better option to have our stairs not protrude into our yard which saved space and made the look of the deck so much better! I would 100% recommend Thunder Roofing for everything.
We had an incredibly positive experience with this company. They were quick with a good, accurate estimate. The work was scheduled quickly and done when they said it would be done. We love our new siding, entry door and storm doors! Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing issue where the vent was clogged and I have a two story house. I had multiple plumbing companies tell me that they don't get on two story roofs, but maybe a roofer could unclog my vent. I called and asked the owner of Thunder if that was a service they provided and he said, "I'll be there in 20 minutes with my snake." That is exactly what he did! Thank you Thunder for including vent stack cleaning to your services!

We recently had a fairly long list of things that needed to be done before we could sell our house, including getting a new roof, replacing some rotten boards, and securing our deck railing. The only thing that prevented our heads from exploding due to the stress was Ted and his crew. Ted listens to your needs, ensures the work is done in a timely manner, and keeps his promises. In addition, his workers do incredible work and Ted's charges for the work are very reasonable. Don't look anywhere else.
Thunder Roofing replaced our roof after a large tree limb fell on our house. Ted and his crew quickly came out to temporarily seal the holes in our roof as soon as the limb could be removed. This protected our interior from further damage. The new roof was installed quickly and with expertise. Our yard was cleaned up afterwards, leaving nothing behind that could hurt someone. I really appreciated this as i worried about my grandchildren stepping on a nail or something while playing. We were so pleased with Ted and his crew that we also hired them to replace our large deck. We are thrilled with our new space and we look forward to using it for years to come. The crew worked tirelessly during some of the hottest says of last summer. They put up a canopy to protect the workers which shows he cares. I can’t recommend Ted and Thunder Roofing enough!

I’ve used Thunder Roofing & Exteriors for installing new windows/sliding glass door and replace deteriorating siding. I was beyond impressed with quality of work and the professionalism of all the workers. They also did a wonderful job of cleaning up after each job.
